BabaJerk started as a small family run mobile and take away and food delivery service based in the heart of London and was created for big things. Chef Wesley had over 20 years under his belt as a chef and coming from a Caribbean background, it' was no surprise his speciality was Caribbean cuisine. Working as a private chef and cooking at people's homes and offices just wasn't enough so he decided it was time for some outdoor fun!

 

His aim was to wake up your taste buds with the exotic flavours of the Caribbean. These Traditional Caribbean dishes that he offered with his own little twist made you come back and ask for more, and that's what he liked to see.

 

Outdoor Markets, Music Festivals, Food & Drink Festivals and any other outdoor events is where he like to be!

In late Spring, 2020, Baba Jerk transitioned into a Mobile and Take Away Caribbean, Street, and fusion food delivery service in Aberytwyth, Wales.
